These Terms govern your use of TrustDesk (the "Service"), operated by Concierge Club LLC ("we", "us"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. Accounts

TrustDesk is invite-based. Your property manager or an administrator invites you. You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for all activity under your account. We support two-factor authentication and encourage enabling it.

2. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Service, upload unlawful content, or attempt to access data you are not authorized to view. The Service enforces row-level security; circumventing it is a breach of these Terms.

3. Your data

You retain ownership of your data. We process it solely to provide the Service. You may export or request deletion of your data at any time via the Privacy page. See our Privacy Policy for details.

4. Service availability

We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may modify or discontinue features with reasonable notice.
